Starbird chicken started as a chef-driven passion project in the heart of Palo Alto, California. Our founder, a classically trained chef, was tired of fast food that sacrificed quality for speed. The vision was simple: serve the same bold, craveable starbird chicken flavors you'd find at a top restaurant — quickly and affordably.
